Product Designer, Operations Tools

Our users work all day in worklist. They need screens that answer 'why, who, by when' at a glance, and that make automation visible without making it noisy. You'll design the Worklist, the claim page, Home and the workflow builder, testing with real billers from the first mockup.

What you'll do

• Design the core screens, from the Worklist to the run debugger
• Run review sessions with billers, managers and owners at every milestone
• Own the design system with the frontend team
• Write the specifications that engineering builds from

What you'll bring

• 4+ years designing complex B2B products, with examples of dense, data-heavy interfaces
• Strong interaction design: keyboard flows, states, empty and error cases
• Comfort testing early with real users and changing course
• Clear written specifications

Nice to have

• Healthcare, fintech or operations software
• Experience designing workflow or automation builders

worklist runs healthcare operations as workflows, from intake to payment, and turns everything automation can't finish into structured work for a person. We're a small team building it carefully, starting with denial recovery for medical equipment suppliers.
