Senior Frontend Engineer, React and TypeScript
Billers answer hundreds of exceptions a day. Every second in the Worklist counts, and every screen has to say why, who and by when. You'll build the application in React and TypeScript, with logic kept out of components, types generated from the API, and keyboard-first interaction throughout.
What you'll do
- Build the Worklist, its item panel and bulk answering with consequence previews
- Build the claim page, the timeline with proof, and the owner's Home
- Build the workflow editor's outline and run debugger, and later the canvas
- Own the design system's components with the product designer
- Keep performance and accessibility measured, not assumed
What you'll bring
- 5+ years building complex web applications in React and TypeScript
- Experience with dense data interfaces: large tables, filters, side panels, keyboard navigation
- Comfort with TanStack Query and Router, Tailwind, and generated API clients
- Care for the details that make a tool feel fast
Nice to have
- Node-based editors (React Flow or similar)
- Work on tools used all day by operations teams

worklist runs healthcare operations as workflows, from intake to payment, and turns everything automation can't finish into structured work for a person. We're a small team building it carefully, starting with denial recovery for medical equipment suppliers.
